Automobile Sales Surge in November

The automobile sector in Pakistan has witnessed a significant surge in sales, with passenger car sales increasing by a staggering 62% year-on-year in November. According to recent reports, passenger car sales in November 2023 reached 4,875 units, marking a notable milestone in the industry. Furthermore, the total passenger car sales in the first five months of FY2025 have reached 38,534 units, representing a 50% increase compared to the previous year. This growth is not limited to passenger cars alone, as sales of jeeps, vans, and pickups have also seen a significant increase of 55% year-on-year from November 2023. These numbers indicate a promising trend for the automobile sector in Pakistan, with experts attributing the growth to various factors such as government policies, economic stability, and consumer confidence.
