Heavy Rainfall Causes Flooding and Infrastructure Collapse in Karachi

Karachi has been hit with heavy rainfall, causing flooding and infrastructure collapse in various parts of the city. Nazimabad received the highest recorded rainfall of 46.5 millimeters. The rainfall has led to traffic congestion, as many roads have become submerged. Intermittent moderate rainfall is expected to continue, and the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) has issued a warning for potential urban flooding. Light rain has caused incidents of infrastructure collapse, including buildings in Karachi. The heavy rainfall has added to the woes of Karachiites, who are facing difficulties in their daily lives.
