Heavy Rainfall Causes Power Breakdown and Traffic Disruptions in Sindh's Interior

Sindh's interior, including Hyderabad, has been hit by severe weather, resulting in heavy rainfall. The city of Hyderabad received 29.2mm of rainfall, causing a power breakdown that affected 214 feeders, with 48 closed. Traffic disruptions were also reported due to the persistent downpour. To address the situation, the number of emergency relief camps has been increased from 10 to 19. Authorities are working to restore power and manage traffic flow while ensuring the safety and well-being of the affected residents.
